During first few years of his training in UK Dr. Chandra shekhar has worked as registrar in Tertiary NICU , Paediatric respiratory unit, and general Paediatrics at various hospitals in Glasgow, Manchester and Yorkshire.

Dr.Chandra shekhar received his Paediatric intensive care training from Royal hospital for sick children,Glasgow and Alderhey children’s hospital , Liverpool ,UK. As part of his intensive care training he has worked in anesthesia, and Paediatric respiratory medicine .

He worked as senior fellow in Paediatric Intensive care , Paediatric cardiac Intensive care ,Paediatric respiratory medicine at Alderhey children’s hospital ,Liverpool , UK .

Dr. Chandra shekhar returned back to India in 2012, he worked as Paediatric Intensivist at KIMS hospitals, Secunderabad for two and half years and successfully managed Paediatric & adult ECMO patients.Dr.Chandra shekhar’s areas of interest are ECMO, flexible bronchoscopy & Paediatric trauma.
