Dr. Rinku Sen Gupta Dhar is a top Obstetrician & Gynecologist in Malviya Nagar, Rosewalk, Panchsheel Park, Delhi. She graduated from Lady Hardinge Medical College followed by post-graduation and senior Residency from the University College of Medical sciences. Subsequently, she underwent training in Gynae Oncology from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital. She has been in active Obstetric and Gynaecological practice for the last 25 years. She was the BMJ finalist in India 2014 for “Reducing caesarean section in a non-profit hospital in urban India” Dr Rinku has been a co-investigator in many maternity care-related projects in collaboration with ICMR. She has more than 25 national and international publications to her credit and has played a leading role in several quality improvement projects including optimizing antibiotic use in low-risk laboring women.
She has been a mentor for GOI Laqshya Initiative QI Improvement projects. Experience Dr RinkuSen Gupta Dhar has over 25 years of experience in various fields of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Her particular areas of interest include reducing interventions in maternity care with a special focus on reducing Caesarean sections and routine episiotomies. She also has a special interest in colposcopy and minimally invasive Gynaecology including operative Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy. Professional Membership She is an active member of AOGD.
She is currently the executive member of the Safe motherhood committee and Gynae Endoscopy committee of AOGD. She has been the lead trainer in several CTG workshops conducted all over Delhi.

Won the Ranbaxy Best paper thesis research award 1996-97 on Thermal Endometrial Ablation.
